Voice recorders also had a crucial role to play in the transcription field. The recorders helped transcriptionists to track the conversations of patients by recording and transcribing them later. This process is being implemented even to this date and has become more optimized to meet the current requirements of medical transcription.<\/p><p>Technology has advanced in many ways and it\u2019s truly commendable. With the rise in the adaptability of EHR (Electronic Health Records), medical services have gone digital. The question of using handwritten notes and papyrus doesn\u2019t arise now.<\/p><p>Clinicians use laptops and tablets to keep the patient information documented. The EHR has become more advanced and so has the medical transcription industry. However, not every medical industry uses transcriptionists due to the additional cost involved. As a result, clinicians have to make a detailed note of patients in their EHR that consumes a whole lot of time.
